On June 15, Senate Minority Leader, Mitch McConnell (R-KY), spoke at the American Enterprise Institute on what he sees as the growing threats to the First Amendment. He noted that the President’s aides in the White House and the Obama2012 campaign have harassed several American citizens and companies who they have viewed as political adversaries, including Koch.
Preceding his prepared remarks, Sen. McConnell sat for an interview with AEI’s Nick Schulz and discussed a number of topics including the Supreme Court’s Citizens United decision.
